klunking in the steering or suspension

theres a klunk noise when i turn the wheel mostly when turning right it doesnt happen everytime i turn the wheel but it does it quite a lot the steering and handling just feel crap i had the bushes done at the begining of the year?

check the steering drop link arm as its to the left of the bulk head it will move inwards and knock against the bukhead when turning right on turning left it moves away slightly so no knock
