You don't.
The glue they use to stick it on is stronger than the spoiler itself so you will damage it if you try and separate them.

Are you sure it's glued on ?
I bought a PFL spoiler from a breaker a couple of years ago and it was held on with the 4 set screws and the captive moulded in nuts  , there was a little sealer but no Tiger seal /Sikofix or the likes.
Here's a photo of the fixings , I'd try it and see.
Ignore the tube of Tiger Seal , I didn't use it  :y

in my limited experience, i have found all the boot spoilers i have come across have been bonded and sometimes bonded with 2 small screws either end, only feasible way to remove them is with something like a scraper or cheesewire but both ways usually damage either the spoiler or the paintwork on the bootlid  :(

I think the best option would be to buy a matching bootlid without a spoiler and swap them over and sell the lid with the spoiler on it.  8-)

Could try heating it first. Managed to remove mine of my original tailgate after a prang, though the tailgate was scrap ::) took some levering though.

You know Andy I'm the world's worst when it comes to tape measures. I do a lot of woodwork and cannot get into the habit of clipping it back on to my belt when I use them and end up with 1/2dozen or more lying all over the place .
You should see my collection of pencils ..... ;D

Dont know if the estate is the same as the saloon, but on the saloon the spoiler can be removed (in about 20 minutes or so) by using a wallpaper scraper and tapping it with a hammer along the join between the bootlid and spoiler. Got be careful though. :y
