strange but loud noise

hi all .....my mig is making a very loud hissing noise when you give it sum gas really loud help please :-[

sounds like it could be a partially blocked exhaust caused by the baffles broken up or even a cat broken up and blocked the exhaust

or could be an air leak around inlet manifold or pipes
