« on: 26 June 2011, 15:40:15 »

Failed motors in both instances, unless the boot is set differently (read the manual for how to have boot open with/without central locking

Boot only opens with remote dependent on position of keyslot. Can`t remember which way, it`s either horizontal or vertical. Try it and if it doesn`t unlock in either position it`ll be the motor

horizontal = locks/unlocks with central locking

vertical = it doesn't  ;)

Had failed lock on one of passenger doors once. bought new motor but still no joy. Turned out to be broken cable in connection from body to door.
Check for pulse of power (fluctuation of voltmeter) on all connections in plug to motor. Each one pulses for each action Unlock, lock, dead lock, BEFORE getting a new motor as they are awkward to get out/in
