p1590 engine speed low / high input

hi to all...i am new here..so i am sorry if i am doubling the post...my problem is that on low speeds and on idle engine light is coming up and the only code there is is p1590 engine speed low / high input heeeelp pls cuz i just bought that car and its already letting me down...thnx in advance
