How hard is it to swap a aircon system to another without aircon? Have studdied a little bit the drawing i found on forum and didnt seem to hard. The only problem is the car im thinking swaping it to have the manual knobs not digi. So I need to change it to. Do i need to take the dash all out and what safety for not inhaling any gasses when disassembleing? :)

As The Boy often says, nothing is impossible but ............... you'd be far better off selling what you've got & buying another car with a/c

You'd also have the evaporator to fit behind the dash too (in the heater box?  :-/)

I wasn't thinking about availability of parts, more like the major hassle of fitting them  :y :y
