Help Required to do some work
« on: 15 August 2011, 11:01:02 »

I have purchased some parts for my 3.0 Omega from talking to a forum member who said they would be available to work on it.

However I can no longer get in touch with the member (not responding to calls or text messages).

So if there is someone within the West Midlands region that can perform the following on my car please PM me. (As stated I have all the parts required).

Swap 3.0 Exhaust Manifolds for 3.2 Exhaust Manifolds.
Swap Engine Thermostat for a 'cooler' thermostat.
Swap Cams to all G Cams (2x G Cams).

Please let me know if you are free this weekend, next weekend or the weekend after.

Many Thanks.

It's not as straightforward as just changing the manifolds over.

The downpipes would also need to be modified (around 5mm needs to be cut off the flange where it meets the manifold)

I'd happily assist with the thermostat and cams, but don't have the kit or capacity do to the manifold change and downpipe mods, on a mobile basis..

Cheers,
James
