Has anyone heard of or know if the car road fund licence is to go up for car's 3.0ltr and above in April? I mean cars registared before March 2001? Or is this a mith?

its funny cause my 2.2 omega is registered in 2000 and i pay £190 a year, my dads 2.2 is registered in 2001 and he pays £225

No Pete, there isn't a tax on 4x4's. This was how it was reported on the BBC, lies as ususal. The increased road tax was and is levied on cars based on their CO₂ emissions. Most 4x4's fall into this bracket but then again so do most Omegas.
