Air con belt

My air condition pump has almost seized up[smoke coming from it].Is it possible to fit a shorter belt and by pass the pump so i can get back on the road,and if so would you know what the shorter belt length is.

Yes, it is possible. You need belt from non-aircon model :y

Or a belt from a 2.0 Lit with aircon is the same length as the V6 non a/c belt  :y

Seems the 2 lit a/c belt is more readily available from Vx than a V6 non a/c belt!!

just done the same on my 2.2 petrol and used a hb1725g from Halfords,this is the size for a 2.0 w/o a/c ;)
