Wouldn't it be possible to swap the projector lenses?  :-/
Or is everything bonded?

Thats what I was thinking, get a UK RHD set and get the black one's and mix and match the parts to get a set which are UK RHD but have the black part's inside :y

I might just do it, I have a black 1998 mv6 with xenon lights and I would like to fit the black lights so I think the only way to do it would to mix and match the parts 8-)

Surely its a million times simpler and less destructive to paint some standard lights with matt black?  8-)

Just watch out, I've bought a few sets of projector omega lights on ebay just to find out that the adjuster inside the light is broken, it's a commom fault with omega projector headlights. :y

When i did the Zafira ones they never peeled or cracked...

the trick is to put a couple of dust coats on first, i used grey primer, once i had that on i then slowly built up the coats of paint.

Mine had been done for 2 years when i sold it and the lamps still looked factory finished.

Before each coat i also stuck the item back in the oven for a few mins in order to heat it up, this ensured a better bond with the paint

perfect preparation and all that........ :y
