I think a reasonably reliable way of bribing TB, MDTM and LB66, would be
 nail 2 or 3 haynes book of lies to a board , covered with emery paper for grip..  , to give them the extra height/reach when leaning over the bonnet of a car on stands....  

 and provide them each with one of the fancy new heat belts for back pain that are being advertised on telly these days....  

along with cuppa's every 45 minutes,

 bacon butties on demand,

 and a decent swedish massage at the end of the day, (and any time they feel like it during the day...) delivered NOT by you, but a nice authentic , fit swedish babe./...  


I reckon they'd all be happy , a day fixing Omegas , and no aches or pains unserviced!
