help my bloody radio is dead

can anyone tell me if my phillips/bose radio can be fixed when the code has been enterd to many times...... please help its a philips CCRT 700. PLS PLS HELP

if the code has been entered 10 times, nothing you can do....

Except take it to a car audio specialist.

There is one I know near Chester can do this, or a user here - DaveDND can also fix them I beleive.

I wish you`d contacted me when you still had some attempts left, as we are one of the few that can usually decode that one and could have reset it it as well as decode it, but only if there was at least a single attempt left !

Sorry, but once all attempts have been used, it has now reached a stage that I am unable to recover from.  :-[

try RDS Audio...there website seems to be down :

When I last spoke to them, the fact there were no trie left didnt seem to be a problem

iirc the ccrt once you have used all 10 goes its ready for the bin !!! :-?

Hi, I think I have a CCRT700 round somewhere, I removed from my 1999 CDX, I decoded it before removal, but I have the code anyway. The radio was in working order before removal. PM me if you are interested,  Phil
