Speaker Problems

Hi all and happy new year. I have an N reg Omega saloon with a cd300 head unit. There is sound coming out of the passenger side speakers and the rear drivers side but nothing (bass and tweeter) coming out of the drivers side front. bought a new bass speaker fitted no differnece. joined (via bullet connectors) the drivers rear and drivers front outputs togeather to see if i got even some sound, nothing! Im a little confused, help. :)

its likely to be the connector from the door to the main loom on the post, half turn and it comes off, check in there for that green corrosion on the connections, a toothbrush and some wd40 will clean it off, refit and should work.
