I have Infinity 605 components in the front door, the cross over goes in the arm rest (thanks Kevin) and they are 65mm in size.

FL use Corsa adaptors from Halfords ( I think I had to lop off alug)

Martin, should that be 165mm?? ;D

Wouldn't want anyone trying to fit 2  1/2 inch speakers or thereabouts :y :y :D

btw what do you think of the Infinities?? :y

Ok Guys

Another stupid  :-/ question.  There's alot of talk on here about 'bose' systems how do you know if it fitted with this system.

A stupid question, it's probably very simple to tell. But I don't know?

 :(

If it's anything like mine it'll have a whopping great speaker on the parcel shelf with the Bose logo on the grille.  It'll also have the cabinet for the sub-woofer taking up space in the top of the boot!

it has been mentioned before, but it would be worthwile if anyone could quote the speakers' thickness as there is not much space in the doors. Are the ones in the rear doors (estate) also quite limited?

aghhh!!!!! (again)

yes actually 6.5" and that is 165mm ::) ::) ::) ::)

Very good, but a standard head unit cannot drive them - a CDR500 struggled but my MXD5970 managed.

On this car (moved speakers) I used an amp
