thanxs to every one who had suggestions on my rear fog lights but no luck with them no broken wires that i can see so looks like it has to go to an auto electrician [does any boby know of a good reliable company in bristol area that i can trust with my car] thanxs all

Shame to give up at this stage, you have power to the switch, but not to the lamp, there is only a piece of wire between the two.  ::)

Does the loom in the boot still have the bridging loop plugged in? You'll find a plug (I think yours is round-ish with all the wiring ready to go for the trailer electrics) and there should be a blue/black wire making up the circuirt. You have to remove the trim piece from across the back edge of the boot to get to the loom.

hi yes mine has the plug in the boot under the trim and it has a blue/black wire i put electrical teseter on the wie and it lights up when you turn rear fog light switch on and goes out when i switch rear fog light switch off so i pressume i got power to that [so between this and rear fogs must be a break in wire somewhere so i wonder if i used a scotch clip and a piece of wire i could wire up my rear fogs [what do you reckon am i going about this right regards rod
