CCR 2006 /Power Sounder
« on: 09 July 2009, 12:04:56 »

A couple of questions, my ccr 2006 seems to loose channels
on the front speakers, looks like it’s the on/off switch which
is faulty, is it worth repairing or not? I have also noticed that
The power sounder bleeps every now & then, new battery or
is it easier to buy a new unit?

The on/off switch although problematic would affect all speakers not just front two - suggest to check tyat the plug is seated correctly at the rear of the cage

Powersounder - certainly worth stripping down to see if batteries can be replaced and fixed, as much cheaper that a new one.

Ok so i have checked the rear speakers as well & they two seem to loose balane  from left to right, so it does look like the on/off switch, is faulty, repair or get a new unit?
