Sat Nav Knob
« on: 12 December 2009, 11:35:29 »

Morning All

Just a quick one. I have the old Cairin Sat Nav fitted to my 99/T Elite. When I got it from TB he told me the knob fitted to its dial/push button selector was the wrong one.
This has now somehow dissappeared off the face of the earth. Has anyone purchased one of these that is a good fit and doesn't look out of place?
Tried (briefly) Maplins & RS but with no results so far.

I just need a new knob ;D ;D ;D

Thanks All

You could try improvising something by removing the knob from a CAR300 or 400 radio as they are similar(ish) IIRC

The 'wrong' one on there was just one from a radio (CAR400 - I still have the radio here ;D, but any of the single DIN CAR/CCR will kind of 'fit').  Pain to use without some kind of knob on there
