Basic's please.
« on: 28 February 2010, 18:25:40 »

What was the base model CD player fitted to a 1998 Omega, where can I get one from, and how much are they, I only have a hole at the moment but want to put a standard unit back in that uses the display in the dash.

The car has the later MID with brake check at ignition on if that makes any difference

Cheers

Just make sure they provide the code with it and don't pay too much as they were fitted to many Vauxhalls of the era not just the Omega  :y

Cheers for the responses folks, I'm watching a few on ebay now, also need a cage too, but I see a few are listed with cage as well.

Hopefully my wiring is correct and the display will work.  :)

A new cage isn't much. I bought one for my CCRT700 IIRC it was about £6
