Connecting phone through radio
« on: 13 March 2010, 18:37:36 »

Anyone know how you connect your phone to the radio? I can see the microphone etc. in the courtesy light so presumably it is possible.

My radio is the CCR2006.

Yep, just need an Autoleads adapter and locate the pre-wiring behind the glovebox.

Doesn't look too bad. Was kind of hoping it might have built in blue-tooth or similar. Still, if a kit only costs £20 it might be worth thinking about.

Cheers.

I just bought a Nokia CK-7W (doesn't work well with some non-Nokia phones) off the 'Gay for £18 delivery.  I already had an adapter to go between Nokia kit and car loom, so all I need to run is the 'control button'.  Except some retard has butchered the loom on my new Elite. rather idiots.

There's a sim in the radio?

a) where?
b) how do you know what the number is?

No sim in the CCR2006 I am afraid.  It's a different stereo.
