Hi.
Somebody on ebay is selling instructions on how to repair the display to regain missing pixels. He says it takes about 45mins and only 'special equipment' required is a soldering iron.
Does anybody know how to carry out this repair?
Even if not 100% it may be adequate for me as I am only missing radio information.

Have done a couple, and considering I think i have infinite patience, struggled with them, and had a few "throw it at the wall and walk away" moments.
CAN be done, but soooooooo fiddly and you need a soldering iron with a 1mm needle tip. (and desolder wick or gun.)
