mine was..

download speed= 2078kbps

upload speed= 246kbps

i don't know if that's good tbh, i'm not that technically minded ;D

Which is quite frankly pants!

The reason why......crap NTL server which we were moved onto after virgin were taken over by them!

It depends what speed you pay for.

I pay for an 8M connection which, according to my router I have, but thanks to a naff ex-NTL server, I dont get any where near that download speed.

3768 Kbs, thats not bad for a Vodafone Datacard.

The site is a free web version of www.Speedtest.net you can host it for free on your own web site, might be a idea for OOF.

managed 3390kbps download & 360kbps upload tonight

ok but not great considering we still get charged for "up to" 8mb >:(

True, the 7.5 Mb is mainly in Central London and Airports, but should be rolled out in High Population Areas latter this year.

Still not bad for £15 a month though.

true but my BT home hub manager still says i'm getting 4400kbps
not like Bt to lie ;)

Remember, you pay for the bandwidth of the pipe (i.e. 8mb), at no point do they commit to actualy send 8mb down said pipe....
