Key transponder

I need another transponder for me elite so I can put remote start on it but how do I get one??and how much?It a radio key not ir if that helps.

Cheapest way is to get an unwanted key from one of the breakers swap the transponder into your own key then a chat with TechII

Take your working transponder out and tape it to the immobiliser ecu.  Obviously, this is bypassing part of the antitheft, but then with remote start, you would anyway.

Why does it need 2?  taping one to ecu means transponders not required

Yep, transponder is only to activate/deactivate immobiliser
