not firing on one cylinder

Hi people-Ive recently put a new re con engine in my Miggy and since had electrical problems-(2 litre 16v ecotec)-after changing leads and plugs the car will run but runs lumpy and it seems its not firing on the second from front cylinder-Ive had the plug out and it simply aint sparking-can anyone suggest my next course of action please????

Try paperclip/pedal test to see if there are any codes active  :y

Check  connection on the dispack. Have you tried another lead
