I've just started having this going on, when I start the car after it has been stopped for a short time the air recirculate button keeps coming on, so I switch it off then later when I start the car again loewen behold it comes on again  :question

Any ideas.

it could be a capacitor starting to go, i.e. its letting the elctrical surge from when you start the engine, switch the mechanism on... or the actual switch could be starting to fail... i'd start with the switch first.
