alpine inline amp
« on: 12 September 2010, 14:58:27 »

Hi all
Am looking at a simple and painless ICE upgrade better speakers and a amp(to old for a mobile disco) and have seen an alpine inline amp.
http://www.alpine-electronics.co.uk/products/product-singleview/aux-in-cables/ktp-445.html
it is plug and play ISO ends, no drilling panel removal or extra wiring. sits behind head unit (if you have space)or under glove box. doubles power per channel. I have a alpine head unit.

Question is

Is it any good

ive got one mate its ok to be honest
not as as good as a seperate amp but you will need to upgrade your speakers as they wont handle the power long term
