why do you need the size mate
if your thinking of replacing them, youll never get the same size youll have to buy surrounds to go round the new ones
most audio shops have charts to show what sizes speakers will fit with wich brackets

The front speakers are 165mm, and the rears 130mm.
Lots of manufacturers make these sizes but most are to deep to clear the inner workings of the door, that's why you need spacers/adaptors to bring them out slightly...

Go to a scrap yard to source cheap replacements, Vectra 'b' ones are the same size...

In the facelift front doors, some 165mm speakers will fit and you will need a Corsa 165mm spacer (the slanted variant, not the straight one). I found I needed to space the speaker away from the spacer frame by about another 6mm and made an MDF spacer to achieve this.

I think you need to choose your speaker carefully with respect to depth, as even then, it only clears the window glass by a few MM.

I used Rainbow SLX265 speakers, IIRC.

No idea about the rear doors. I can't hear them so left them standard.  ;)
