Having owned a pre-facelift prior to the current meega, the only thing I don't like about the facelift is the interior door cards, as the leather door cards on the pre-facelift I think are the dogs gonads :y

I've mentioned a couple of times that the facelifts look a bit placcy & i still prefer the mini facelifts but......slowly.......as i take a bit of notice......facelifts are growing on me. A Mig's a Mig. :y

I prefer the climate layout of the facelift, bonnet on the pre facelift, interior a mix really, exterior facelift apart from bonnet

Its all personal preference.

The facelift does ride a little better, with less windnoise.  But the interior quality is up to Vx's recent poor standard of finish.  Prefacelift interior more hardwearing.

Personally, I quite like back of facelift, though needs the lip on the boot to set it off. Much prefer prefacelift front.

Me too... If I could mix and match I'd have:

Front end: prefacelift
Rear end: facelift
Interior: prefacelift
Bumpers/door strips: facelift

Oh and a 3.2 with manual gearbox... if VX hadn't kept the best for the cops only >:(

Almost my ideal Omega, although I think interior is more 50/50 IMO.

Worst bit of facelift I think is the bonnet, I think the front goes too low into the bumper.

They say cars have faces, so if it was a person, I would expect their lower lip to be folded down!  ;D

Hey Debs, Just read your post about wanting a rear spoiler on your tailgate. Iv'e got a facelift elite estate with the spoiler. It doesn't make any difference, you still get c**p all over the rear window in no time at all! Best thing to get is a nice pair of Vaux rear mudflaps. My mate has them and it really helps. :y
