We were having a discussion about this the other day on here. In Britain we called the MV6 the Elite, and the MV6 over here was the sports model introduced 1997/8.

Just to avoid any confusion, you need a diagram for what we call the Elite. And please don't apologise for your english, it's very good.  :y :y

Actually these MV6, Elite etc. "titles" are called Marketing Designations and vary by sales territory for the same model year - so its very difficult to compare models between countries.

Denmark had (has?) very high car sales tax so in order to keep the price down the cars were kept very basic  - eg on the old Carlton (Rekord) even power steering was an option in Denmark. A pal of mine was a Danish GM dealer.

Regarding the wiring diagram - get the Haynes manual which has them all copied from the GM originals. Its best to get them enlarged to A3 as the A4 size gets very crowded. You should find one on ebay for a few pounds - with postage probably costing more than you will pay for the book.

Hope this helps - Rob

True Rob, but i did notice he has a 1994 MV6...and anyone who knows their omega history well knows there was no sports model then, in any territory/country.  Given that as you say Danish specs can be basic, Im guessing they didnt get a sporty model in 94, if atall? :y

Has no one got a wiring diagram for this poor chap??

Thank's for the replies  :y :y :y

-and her goes- the results for the crazy dane.. this weekend-

Oh dear i've spent all weekend trying to get the "%#*!" re mote start installed :P

Got most of it sorted now :D... without the wiring schematic..  8-)

Only need to find the one last wire to get the remote,  to get the point, that the motor is actually started..  ;) it needs a wire that has 12v on it, but only when the motor is runnig.. - so please dear god, let my girlfriend understand that my tinkering-omega-time is not only reserved for weekends..  :D

As for specs on the Danish 1994 Omega 3.0 MV6 .. 211 bhp, electrical everything: windows - mirrors(heated asswell), sunroof - electrical, seat heating, electrical seats, A/C, etc. etc. the darn thing even got servo  ;D ;D ;D

.. no leather...  :-/

As for my danish heritage.. what does "plenum", and "fob" means?? I can't figure that out..
