i have ncdc 2015 and cid on my car but not bose. what will i need to install bose on an omega facelift estate LHD

hello mate, you just need the speakers amp and the loom, then just a case of joining the speaker wires from headunit to amp, then from amp to speakers, realy straight forward.

Head units also need to be configured by Tech 2 to work in a Bose system.

and is there any diff from a facelift, prefacelift or minifacelift??

prefacelifts never had it. Only minifacelifts and facelifts.

Facelifts, unless factory fitted with Bose lack the wiring from Headunit to kick panel, making it a pain to retrofit

You will also need the Estate Bose Sub Box, fits in rear panel for an Estate, there a bit harder to find.

It uses the signal from the Head Unit, but not in the normal way, different levels and impedance from the norm, plenty of in-depth previous posts on this if your interested.

If Bose were to ever have a hit single, it would be 'I did it my way'
