Key Remote - battery Change
« on: 18 January 2011, 02:47:18 »

Is it just as simple as changing the battery , as the one in the spare key has gone flat.

Also save me getting the battery out to look at, what battery type do I need and where is the best place to get them.

TIA  :y

CR2032, available from virtually everywhere (cobblers, jerellers, supermarkets etc.). You may need to resync the fob if the battery has been flat for a while though :y

Yes motherboard batteries (they aren't rechargable either) are the same. To re-sync, ignition on to red lights, press lock button. The doors will lock and unlock and that's it :y
