Do the pedal trick and put the codes up

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1189022687

the interior boot opening switch has to be held down for a few seconds and the key needs to be out of the ignition  ;)

As Pete says do the pedal trick, if it's been intermittent then it could be the infamous 0420/0430 codes.  I didn't get them once I changed to BP super unleaded.

And as mentioned the boot release needs to be held for 3 seconds.  Think the 3.2 is exclusive to the facelifts in which case it doesn't matter whether the key is in the ignition or not afaik.

Ime, more "enthusiastic" driving helps 0420/0430 if borderline.

But needs the fault codes from the pedal trick to confirm.

What do 0420/0430 codes indicate?
