Brake light bulb....
« on: 22 June 2011, 23:27:58 »

Evening gents - left side (looking from the rear) brake light seems to have gone on my dad's miggy - am I right in thinking that the one I want is the P21W (clear) - (rather than P21/5W)?

Cheers
Raf

Taken from the guide here:
Brake light, Reversing light, Rear fog light = P21W (Clear)
Brake light / Tail light = P21/5W (Dual filament)

The bulb type should be printed on the bulb itself mate. Probably the easiest way to make sure you get the right one is to whip it out and have a gander.  :y

Good call on that one - but didn't have a chance as car is round dad's and he didn't want to go fiddling (having to remove spare tyre etc....

Won't have a chacne to look at it tomorrow but will be near a shop that should stock these so was hoping to pick it up....  :y
