Yes, they are the same people - same photo setups and same spelling errors in the listings!  I think that they did not have a great reputation if I recall correctly.  Can't remember why though.  This is about the third time they have changed their name.  Why keep changing it?

I was browsing the other day for elites on e-bay - as I do quite regularly and saw a listing by these people which, when viewing it, wanted me to log into e-bay again when I was already logged in.

As Golfbuddy says, I would be very cautious indeed.

Yes, close the account, close your PayPal account if you use the same log on and password.

Do it straight away.

dunno....  contact e-bay direct and advise, in case they need further proof ref listing??

remember your paypal details as well.  change the p/word there too, I think....

Changing password is good - is it a complex one?  i.e. over 6 characters, not a name, Capital and a special character (!@£%) etc.

I think that you can also notify e-bay of such things as well.

set your browser to remember your password for geniune sites, then when you are prompted for it, you know its a dud one!

my passwords are not real words, some of them are just 8 random letters i made into a word.

more secure ones are like x25xe said, they contain "£!$%^& and a combination of lower case and upper case

i did but have since changed my password within 2minutes of realising it was a spoof.
