electrical window swaping

Hi
Im changing the wireing from front left door atm. and cant find a safe way to get the plastic circle thingy off the the door. wery hard to see how this is secured. nothing in haynes describeing it eather.

ah I see, on both sides or only from inside and then pull out from the outside?

Open door and grip the circular plug on the outside (above check strap) then twist downwards

ok, so I need to put the quick connector back so I get bether grip? so hard to get good grip eather way, wery thight space inside to work on.

Have you managed to separate the circular connector, if so, just a case of removing old door loom, route new loom and push the circular connector from inside the door towards the outside and re-connect
