Because you have under 50 posts....its to stop people signing up just to sell their car.

If you create an advert in the test section, ask nicely and admin may move it for you

edit just seen youve been here for 6 months, you will have no problem  :y

you need to have over 50 posts normally,but if you catch one in a good mood,i think there may be a way that it can be done for you. :y....................i really must learn to type faster ;D
