Hi All,

I've had to set this account up in my partners name just to post this thread, my account is/was F1 9LFG but I can't log into it!

When I try to log in it says ''this user name does not exist''

When I try to reset my password however it says that an email has been sent to my email address but I don't receive anything (checked Junk folder)

Anyone any Ideas? Admin?

username the first time you setup your OOF account must have been different to your on screen displayed name.

Try _ instead of a space  ie F1_9LFG

I originally signed in as Andy B but, like you, it said that there was no such user name. Andy_B works though

I won't tell you how long I tried to fix this, or how stressed I got with failed attempts! lol - Good to be back

Got so used to signing in the old way using screen name, obviously not 'user name' that I didn't even think to use the under-score!
