After a stonkingly hot chilli Friday night, and a Jalfriezi last night, I think I want my Mummy now.

no more hot food for me for a while....

Didnt think that crohns could be in remission.Just managed to a degree with medication. :-\

Yep, although I have been ill for some time I was only officially diagnosed in April.  It can take a few years to get it properly under control and into remission.
