ELITE 2.2 dti
« on: 13 October 2011, 17:24:28 »

Hello Omega owners,
ive got an elite 2.2dti that is misbehaving !
namely some sort of low gear/speed lag on pull away, turbo had blown so took it to garage where recon new turbo    replaced, lack of power followed although all was ok before turbo fail ?! egr had been done air mass now done + all hoses checked, even inlet manifold off cleaned etc -
turbo works fine when in 3/4/5 gears and pulls well, seems to get to 3.5k rpm in 3rd then really flies
garage have drawn a blank  :-X
any thoughts, im thinking of selling as ive got a backup motor, but is a shame as only 2 owners(inc me) the other was a funeraL director, its done 145k.....
all the best to you all,.
