WHAT is going on in the heads of some drivers?? I just nearly got wiped out by a blonde bint in a T plate clit. She joined a dual carriageway, from a sliproad, and basically darted halfway into lane 2, causing me to take pretty drastic evasive action. I pulled up alongside her again, and she was looking down at a phone, texting away, looking away from the road for several seconds at a time.

Blasted the horn, only to be met with 'the finger'..

Thankfully avoided contact. Is my MV6 jinxed???

Report her for dangerous driving.Texting while driving should be a hanging offence imo.Its worse than being p1ssed behind the wheel.

she probably wasn't happy that you were posting this message on OOF while driving 

only kidding. its unbelievable. the only thing that imo will knock some sense in to these folk is when they either have a crash or run someone over!

tell police she was texting

You been in court recently? It's more realistic she would be fined the price of a mars bar, and sent on a foreign holiday for therapy!!

last time i was in court was 1986 for criminal damage to a lampost
was fined £1

next time get the reg of car and report to police she would have got done for un due care and attention i know someone that has been done off another road users say so he finished up getting a ban (served him right to be honest he drives like a P***k)

although thats the sensible thing to do  couldnt the tartlady in question simply claim she wasn't texting?

As with most lawbreakers, they can and will claim all sorts, to get off the hook....

Sad thing with phone use and driving, it happens SO much.
