I have been doing a lot of work tonight on my works lap top whilst being on the forum also.

I have been under a bit of pressure due to the job in Canada, works lap top has been a right pain in the A"se tonight. i have just completed my project document and the work plan, taken me 6 hours, i was backing up every couple of mins as not to lose any work............ rather lap top has crashed, it has not been backing up my work, all work lost, i lost my rag and pushed the lap top on the table, the lap top went off the end of the table and is now completely stuffed. when i get to the office tomorrow IT are gonna get it in the neck, i have been on to them for weeks that my lap top is not playing, only to be told there is a new one on order.  

Now the boss can take a hike tomorrow. I am rather steaming at the moment.

Some IT departments are a joke. The boffins where i work decided to change servers. Dissconected old one first, installed new one THEN decided to back up files. Result..... all the last 3 months orders for my maintenance department with suppliers lost!

Ours is gonna get it tomorrow.....I will be going to pc world and getting a rather lap top..........our rather IT guys do jack sh"t.......6 hours down the pan.

Last time my works laptop pissed me off that much, the IT dept came along with a dustpan and brush to pick it up....

Just how i feel at the moment.i cannot explain how pissed off i am at the moment..............6 hours rather work.......6 rather hours

If the boss asks tomorrow hows the project plan going......they will be using a dust pan and brush on him.......rather Canadian project

I know how you feel matey. I personally hate all things electronic   Computers are No1 on the hit list
