Lack of power

Whats happening is when revving the engine the 3 inch air pipe from intercooler to manifold is sucking inwards. Any ideas. Thanks Chris

Restriction somewhere (eg filter, as said), or hose has failed, and collapsing.

have seen this happen before, also rags being sucked up. makes a good smoke screen at the rear. :D
