could be relay or connection fault in atws  :-\  dont know if it can be configured by tech 2 or any diagnosis in tech 2  :-\  but TB (theboy) should be along soon this is right up his street  :y

I thought the indicators did flash when car was locked?   ???

they do but  the flashers work but not on the alarm when seting it

Knackered alarm indicator relay. Small grey one next to red power steering relay behind glovebox. Ignore or replace, it has no adverse effect on the alarm operation it only flashes the indicators when alarm is being set or if alarm has been triggered
