Have a look under the dash where your feet go and see if you have pulled out a vacuum pipe.
Have you had any work done under the bonnet reciently ?

The more details, the better on the problems  ;)

When you turn the dial to re direct the warm air, can you hear a hiss from behind the dash ?

The reason I ask is I replaced my radio 2 years ago.
I had a bit of trouble getting the wiring loom back behind the radio and pulled one of the vacuum pipes of the back of the controls  :-[

if you leave engine to get up to temp with out driving see if it works then if it dose you will need to clean out the systerm has done it on mine so meany times. need to back flush from main pipes to get all the muck out. when out the water will be red then white. after it gose white get some boiling water and kettle cleaner poor the kettle cleaner into the kettle and put it into the rad top pipe when water comes out other hole plug it up and leave for an hour then flush out may take 2 gose at it, if still red water repeat till clean. did that on mine 3years ago and had no problems still works fine now.

there is another thing check the pollen filter if its not been changed from new then it could of fell in or brocken up and gone in to the air intack that would stop air flow, had a few leaves in mine, was funny when they went all bits came out of the air vents. but would say the back clean etc should sort it out. :y, air intack filter is on pass side engine bay take rubber trim off and lift the flap that the rubber keeps it closed, to remove clips for filter left side hld lip in middle and pull to left out, same on right pull to right out...
