In the how to section on changing cam cover 2.0L it mentions sealant, when I bought gasket and O rings dealer did not know what it was, so what am I looking for and do I need it?

Black sealant in a tube, and yes you do need it. Ask using the part number in the guide. Don`t accept green or grey sealant
