Anyone know what causes it.............withot the jesters amongst you giving there ideas.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Suffered with it a few years ago but never really found out what causes it.

Adhesive Capsulitis is the technical name, apparently. Did a Google search but was too squeamish to look at the results.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Actually, I need to do some work. I'll check back later and see what others have come up with.. Good luck, mate!  :y
