help needed asap - unknown wires
« on: 16 November 2011, 11:02:23 »

Morning all,

Stripped dash out to replace bulbs in climate control and found a red andblack wire coming from the steering column area,

They was taped to the climate control unit, not attached,

Any ideas if they should be?

Many thanks,

Tom

Do you have trafficmaster fitted?  If so then probably the aerial for it.

Yeah that must be it, thought it was something along those lines,

finally got everything back in and installed, not designed for a parrot to be fitted though what a pain trying to squeeze it all in
