got mrs a sony one with mp3 mp4 book, dose pdf and others bit of a list £64, think she like it, got 1500 free books included, and can choose witch ones you want.
Looked at one in Tescos when they were flogging them cheap. Not in the same league as the Amazon ones.

Come on - you can do better than that! It's a Sony product! ::)
Cold to hold (metal case), screen is pants, the buttons are clunky, using it to get books on and off looks to be a pain.

Then, on top of that, its Fony, so:
You'll be locked into some proprietry, dated, insecure, disfunctional setup, probably leaving rootkits all over your PC.
It will break.
It won't work properly.
It will make you mad.
You will end up educating it with a hammer.

I've read all the comments, and I think I may have a KINDLE coming via Santa. I do read a lot with books from the library, or from charity shops which are returned once read.

Can we have a quick poll a good buy or a waste of money ( for reading, and dowloading at home)

Mrs TB loves hers, wouldn't be without it now.

I don't use it, as only books I read are Spot Jumps over the Gate etc books, and its not ideal for that.

If I'd only known. Mrs. KW and I very nearly gave you a shout on Friday night the week before last as we were passing on the M40. Way home from the Good Food show. We decided that we'd had too many freebies at the show to squeeze in a Ruby Murray, though. :(
