3.2's fit and offer some improvement (also block off egr etc)

Those ones on LMF are for the 4 pot Jimbob.

I looked into this a while ago and the only off-the-shelf ones I could find were for the LHD Omegas and wouldn't fit ours because the steering box would get in the way.  Happy to be proven wrong though.

3.2 manifolds seem to be the way to go but not sure if the gains are worth the effort cos they ain't easy to change while the engine is in the car.  I'm currently preparing something special to put into my MV6 in the spring and I'm fitting 3.2 mainfolds while I can get at them - actually ended up with 2 sets somehow (!?)  Also means I can junk the EGR and SAI systems.  Getting throttles enlarged too.

you can go for 3.2, 2.6 ones like other say
or if you want spend some more money you can buy set off them, brand new are about 800euro secend hand ones about half price.
have got set myself maybe just need get them fitted

i thought about bodging together a vectra plenum after a supercharger like an eaton m45 to force those badboy O2's into the cylinders lol
vectra intake looks more aimed at performance, just have to bodge the twin throttle butterflies onto it lol

The Vectra setup is better for the exhaust but not as good as Omega on the intake side (the Omega's bagpipes look inefficient but they actually perform quite well) and the multi-ram is better.  Omega's downfall with the V6 is lack of space for the exhaust hence the horrific standard manifolds.

thats way I always keep spare engine just in case

I did a cambelt on a 3.2 veccy last week and the inlet tract length was miles long
