Do you have the actual codes from autobox ecu?

Mean time...
I guess ultimtely it depends on price and availbility of a used box where you are, plus cost of fitting?

it's also a fairly common GM gearbox ( 4L-30E from memory ), so knowledge to fix it might be around you already.

I'd start with Isuzu ( Vauxhall ) Frontera and/or several BMW models

the owner took the car to holden and they gave the code as 00075,as in the list says torque control circuit short circuit to battery voltage what ever that means, easyor expensive fix, a diy or sparky?is it external or internal? Cheers.

what that code means is that the engine ecu isnt talking to the transmisson ecu, what you need is someone with a tech 2 to find out whats going on  :y
the other thing it could be is either a loose connection or a fault in the wiring loom, but get it checked out by tech2  :y

as said could be as easy/cheap as a dodgy/dirty connection or wiring loom fault or it could be as hard/expensive as one of the ecu's failed/failing
needs tech2 to find out whether they are talking to each other  ;)

then it all depends on the price of the car  ;)
