Aren't kids great
« on: 13 December 2011, 23:59:49 »

My youngest sister-in-law is a teacher of kids around 9 or 10. As is the case at this time of year they were all practising their Christmas carols, one of them being 'We wish you a merry Christmas'. One of the kids asked when they were going to sing the bit ......................... 'So bring us some friggin pudding'  :o  :D :D :D :D

I used to be one half of a Country Music duo.  My band mate had a 5-year old lad and he used to love singing along to Lucille.  The only problem was he hadn't quite got the hang of the words.

Where the line is:

"You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille. With four hungry children and a crop in the field."

He sang:

"You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille.  When four hundred children had a crap in the field."

(And sorry if you've now got that tune stuck in your head.)
